What's happening in the commercial real estate market? Facebook announced that the nearly 600 thousand square foot downtown building that they leased will be, at least in part, subleased, meaning that they're no longer projecting the job growth they had planned when they pre-leased the building. But what about the rest of Austin? Are there too many commercial buildings with office space and retail being built? I interviewed my friend Thomas Allen, owner of Practice Real Estate.
