Today we had Anthony Lamacchia of Lamacchia Companies Inc. to talk about how to have better conversations with potential clients. We spoke about how to talk, work and deal with buyers and sellers in a crazy hop market, how to present to them in the initial part of the phone call, how to not push away potential buyers and some perspective points of view of a buyer and seller. We also spoke about agent productions, best habit and goal setting.
