This is not the same real estate market that it has been in the last 3 years. Most home buyers under 30 years old have not seen rates above 5%. It's important that you are able to ask the right questions to buyers that are hesitant and then provide them with historical data that guides them to make the right decision on whether they should buy now or wait. We believe the best sales people sell by consultation and not by trying to get someone to do what they don't want to do. But in order to show a potential client or homebuyer what is going in the market, you need to figure out their home ownership goals and go from there.
